WHAT/WHEN TO PICK: Strawberries (through May), sweet green peas, crowder peas, yellow and zucchini squash, peppers, tomatoes (red, yellow and Romas), butterbeans, snap beans, cantaloupe, watermelons, cabbage, collards, cucumbers, eggplant, sweet corn, arugula and herbs.
